We'll brew your beans based on our chosen process and sample option.

Once your brew is done, we'll bottle it in a number of containers and ship it it to you.

Sample your Cold Brew and let us know what you think.
Thats based on your experience with our samples. If you sent us a number of beans to sample, let us know which one you want to move forward with and if you want us to make any changes to the brew profile.
If you did not like your samples, let us know what you didn't like about it. E.g. was it the roast profile or was the brew too strong? That way we can improve on the next batch and provide you with your ideal brew to move forward with.
Once you are happy with the end result, let us know that you want to move forward and what your initial order volume is. We will also need to know your preferred container for your brew (e.g. Bag-in-box, keg etc) and if you want to provide it or if you want us to source it for you.
At this point, we'll send you an invoice for 50% of the total before we commence work. We'll also order your beans if we are sourcing them or communicate with you on the ETA of your beans arriving at our facility. We'll also book your brew into our calendar and get started started once we have the beans. We then ship the finished product out to you within 24 hours of it coming out of the brewer.
Our Cold Brew process uses the traditional steeping method which immerses ground coffee in cold water for 18-22 hours.
Our proprietary Cold Press process uses a 2 tonne hydraulic press to create pressure in the brewing tank. This is then slowly pressed over a period of 14-22 hours.
Our Cold Drip process uses a commercial drip brewer which drips ice cold water over ground coffee over a period of 5-16 hours.
